ABOUT OUR SIGNS:
Every sign we create is an original and no two signs are exactly the same. Each sign is carefully handcrafted from real wood, paint and stain. Each piece of wood is unique and takes on each stain and paint differently. In addition, due to us using real wood, your piece may include cracks, knots, chips or imperfections. We do not make an effort to cover them up, unless they will interfere with the artwork on the sign. All of our signs do come with hanging hardware.
DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?
We happily welcome custom orders! Please click this link to begin your custom design process. The cost of your custom design depends on the sizing and intricacy of your design. When filling out the order inquiry form, please be as detailed as possible and provide any details that are relevant to your design (i.e. fonts, paint colors, placement, ect). We will email you a design proof for your approval before starting any work on your product. Please allow up to 10 business days for the proof to be emailed to you. Once a proof has been approved, no changes can be made.
- We have sole ownership of any and all designs we create, including custom designs.
- We reserve the right to share any and all designs we create, including custom designs, on all social media outlets.
- We reserve the right to sell any and all designs we create, including custom designs, in any of our retail outlets, including our online store.
Discounts CANNOT be applied to custom orders.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS?
While we do not offer returns, we want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us if you have any concerns or questions regarding a product that you have received at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you need to CANCEL your order, it must be done within 24 hours of ordering.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY SIGN?
Please see below for shipping times:
- All in stock products will ship within 3 business days after order is received
- All regular items listed as a back order can take up to 15 business days to process and then will be shipped within 3 business days of being completed
All of our products are shipped via 3 business days Canada Post regular mail with tracking. Signature and insurance can be added as an option if requested at an additional charge. Local Calgary sales are available for pickup. At check out, please ensure you select the correct option.
Please note: Life in Color Creations is not responsible for any damages caused during shipping, lost or stolen packages or mis-delivered mail. If your order does arrive damaged, please email pictures immediately of your damaged product AND packaging to email@example.com. We will assess the damage and remedy the situation without a refund. You must contact us within 3 days of delivery if your package is damaged. Life in Color Creations is not responsible if your package is undelivered or mis-delivered mail due to an incorrect address. Please ensure you accurately input your delivery information at checkout.
For international orders: Customs duties, taxes and processing fees may be incurred, depending on the country. When this happens, you will be responsible for these fees and asked to pay this cost before receiving your package.
WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING TIME?
Our current processing time is up to 15 business days for regular orders unless otherwise specified. Custom orders have a different processing time and will be discussed upon discussion about your order. If you need your sign by a specific date, please plan ahead and order early!
